Building STRENGTH. Delivering TRUST
Global Certificate: ISO 9001:2015
At Raghavji Steel Private Limited (RSPL), modern steelmaking and rolling technologies form the foundation of our manufacturing operations. Our integrated production system combines Induction Furnace technology, Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), precision Rolling Mill and Thermex Quenching Technology to manufacture high-strength TMT reinforcement bars.
Each stage of production is supported by controlled operating parameters and systematic process monitoring to maintain dimensional consistency, metallurgical quality and dependable product performance.
Selected raw materials are melted in an Induction Furnace under controlled conditions. Temperature and chemical composition are carefully managed to produce consistent molten steel and establish the required metallurgical foundation for further processing.
Molten steel is continuously cast through the Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) to produce semi-finished steel billets. Controlled casting conditions help maintain consistent billet dimensions, uniform structure and reliable quality for the subsequent rolling process.
Steel billets are reheated and passed through a series of controlled rolling stands to produce TMT reinforcement bars.
Rolling process is designed to achieve accurate dimensions, consistent rib geometry and uniform surface finish across the finished product.
Immediately after the final rolling stage, hot TMT bars undergo Thermex Quenching Technology through controlled water cooling. This controlled treatment helps develop the characteristic combination of high strength and ductility required for dependable reinforcement steel.
RSPL maintains process control throughout the manufacturing cycle, from steelmaking and continuous casting to rolling and Thermex treatment. Monitoring critical production parameters helps support consistent manufacturing, dimensional control and reliable finished-product characteristics.
